No Refund Policy – Studios by PW

All bookings for event space at Studios by PW are non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, date changes, or no-shows.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. As a courtesy, we may offer one opportunity to reschedule your event, at the owner’s discretion, and based on availability. To be considered for rescheduling, you must notify us at least 14 days before your original event date.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply depending on the new date or time requested.
